Due to the intimate size of our properties, cancellations have significant impact on our operations and other potential guests, reason why we highly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance. Therefore, we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Rates:
Rates an all our properties are subject to change without notice. A tax of 13% will be added to all nightly and package rates.
Deposit / Cancellation Policy:

To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee. No charges will be processed at the time of booking.
High Season
The reservation must be paid 100% prepaid no later than 45 days prior the guests’ arrival date
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior arrival date will incur in no charges
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Mid-Season
The reservation must be paid 100% prepaid no later than 30 days prior the guests’ arrival date
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior arrival date will incur in no charges
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Holiday Season
The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking
Any cancellation will incur in 100% penalty and no refunds apply.

All the properties listed under The Costa Rica Collection have the right to run specials and promotions with exclusive deposit and cancellation policies, which would be specify in each advertisement material and in the respective booking engine.

Payments:
All payments are accepted in US DOLLARS or the equivalent in Costa Rican colons at the time of payment.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club
Direct Deposit / Wire Transfer: Must be pre-arranged with our Reservations Department.
Important: Wire transfers may incur fees from both your bank and intermediary banks. Please confirm all charges to ensure full payment is received. Proof of wire must be emailed to sales@thecostaricacollection.com
For credit card payments, a link of payment will be sent to be completed with your credit card information. By entering your information, you authorized the charge and no chargebacks will be accepted
Arrivals & Departures:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
Smoking Policy:
All properties under The Costa Rica Collection are smoke-free properties.
Children:
Oxygen Jungle Villas and Spa is an adult only property. Minimum age to stay on property is 18 years old
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Responsibility / Loss or Damage to Property:
The Costa Rica Collection is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal property or equipment.
Delays or additional expenses caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to travel delays, civil disturbances, natural disasters, government acts, or equipment failures.
