How To Get Here

Driving Directions
You will need to drive to Uvita, Puntarenas. From Juan Santamaria International Airport take the main road to San Jose (This road is CR1). Follow this road to the end and turn toward Escazu. You are now on toll road 27. Take the Jaco Exit to find yourself on Route 34. Once you are on Route 34 you continue until you pass the towns of Jaco (Great for stopping at a restaurant) Quepos, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Dominical. Uvita is 20 km past Dominical on Route 34.

We suggest you exchange at least $5 US dollars into Costa Rican Colones for the tolls on the highway.

From Uvita, Puntarenas:
Take the paved road next to the BCR (Bank) going towards the mountain.
The paved road becomes a dirt road after 200 meters
Follow this road until you see a small cemetery on your right
Take the first left after the cemetery up the mountain, you will see a O2/Oxygen sign pointing to the left
Drive past the “Catarata”, a small restaurant/bar that borders the waterfall
Keep following the road until you cross a small bridge with a small stream
Continue on this road and keep to the left (you see a sign to Rancho Pacifico to the right)
Take the next road on the right, you will see a O2/Oxygen sign
Follow this road for a little bit, you will cross another small concrete bridge and several houses
After continuing on this road you will come to the white walled and gated entrance to Oxygen: Welcome!
The drive from the paved road will take you no more than 10 minutes. It’s a bumpy, but beautiful drive so take your time and enjoy the scenery. We highly recommend checking in well before dark (6pm). Please inform us if you expect to arrive later.

We look forward to welcoming you to Oxygen!
